I was worried my gift wouldn't reach my neice in time for Christmas but my brother reported it arrived within two days of me placing my order. Thanks I did receive my order, It makes life so much easier shopping through you, you see I had a stroke 10years ago and am paralysed down my left side, so consequently I do everything over the internet, It is such a help and saves my poor husband who is 70 and a diabetic, my carer from waiting around while I make purchase decisions. Just would like to share how the staff at yogee.com.au has impressed me with their outstanding level of service. Quick response, excellent communication and and service quality are second to none. My item was delivered the next day after I ordered, but unfortunately I had to return it due to some issue, at which yogee was not at fault. Return was easy and I also got the refund the day after. I had been trying to buy the Fisher Price Loving Family Dollhouse for my daughter for Christmas and could not get one anywhere, and no one was interested in helping me. I contacted Yogee by email to request help and received prompt replies to all my emails. I was notified as soon as the item was in stock. WOW - just wanted to say how impressed I am with your excellent service.
