Change Of Mind Returns / Exchanges

We understand that online shopping can be tricky so we've made the return process easy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind, simply return the products to us in their original packaging and saleable conditions within 100 days from the date of order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment source after we receive your return.

  • You can return your purchase for up to 100 days from the purchase date.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • The refund will be based on the purchase price. 
  • Gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you decide to return your purchase then we'll refund the purchase price, less delivery fees (to cover the outward delivery costs). 
  • We'll issue a refund to your original payment source after we receive your return.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, simply return the products to us for replacement.

  • You can return your purchase for up to 100 days from the purchase date.
  • The refund will be based on the purchase price. Gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping for faulty or damaged items is FREE if you live in Australia.
  • We will despatch your replacement product (subject to availability) once we receive the faulty or damaged goods.

Returning an item you received as a gift

  • Gift returns are confidential.
  • If you decide to return your gift then we'll issue you a shopping voucher for the purchase price, less delivery fees (to cover the outward delivery costs). Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual delivery costs (both outbound and inbound) will be deducted from your refund. The item must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavour to re-sell it.
  • If the item was a gift we will refund your gift with a shopping voucher sent to your email address.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address

  • If the buyer informs us that he/she has provided the wrong shipping address, then we will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly.
  • If the buyer has provided the wrong address and if the order is returned to us, then the buyer may request a reshipment or refund. The buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee. Postage costs (including return postage) will not be refunded.
  • If the buyer has provided the wrong address and if the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible for anything.
