We live in New Zealand and bought this product from Yogee because we couldn't find it in New Zealand. This is rated as the best lower price baby monitor in New Zealand Consumer magazine. It is a really good monitor and a really good price. It is constantly tranmitting noise so for all those parents that like being able to hear their baby breath during the night it is a godsend. My wife no longer needs to pop her head in the baby's bedroom every 20 minutes as she can hear him all through the night. The volume goes from very quiet to very loud. The range seems excellent and we have had no problems with it. The only thing negative I would say is that the night light is not quite bright enough to find the dummy in the cot and the AC adaptor plug into the handset is on a bit of a weird angle and can be knocked out. I would really recommend this monitor though. Very happy with it.
