  2. Q: Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
    A: Yes, you can order online and pick up at our warehouse. To do this, please select "warehouse pickup" shipping option on the checkout page. There is no delivery charge when you pick up from our warehouse.

  3. Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
    A: We are 100% committed to ensure all orders that are fully paid before 12pm Sydney time are despatched from our warehouse on the same day.

  4. Q: Do you offer express delivery?
    A: Yes, We offer the opportunity to have your orders shipped via Express within Australia. You can choose to have your order sent Express during the checkout process.

  5. Q: Do you deliver internationally?
    A: At present we are only able to ship within Australia and New Zealand. We are looking at shipping to other countries in the future so stay tuned!

  6. Q: I live outside of Australia; can I order a gift for someone?
    A: Absolutely! Choose the right gift to be sent directly the recipient. We will take your details for billing purposes and a separate shipping address for your gift recipient. You will have the opportunity to choose the appropriate gift wrapping with gift tag should your item be gift wrapped. We will not include any price information in the parcel.

  7. Q: How do I change the delivery address after I have ordered?
    A: Yes, you can. Please contact us as soon as possible to change your address. We will do our best to have your delivery details changed. Note that in some circumstances the package may be already left our warehouse before your request is processed and thus address cannot be changed.

Ordering

  1. Q: Do you offer a gift wrapping?
    A: Yes, gift wrapping is available on most of our products (except some very large items) for AU$4.95 per item. On the product page, please choose the paper for gift wrapping and we will carefully wrap your item. If you would like a personalised message to go with your purchase, please make a note of that in the "Add Gift Message / Instructions About Your Order" section of the checkout page and we will print your message on a complementary gift tag and include in your shipment.

  2. Q: How to place an order?
    A: There are two stages in placing an order:
    Stage 1:

    When you find products you would like to order then click on the "Add To Cart" button for the product.

    Stage 2:

    When you are done putting products into your shopping cart click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the "Shopping Cart" page. The website will then lead you securely through the process of providing delivery and payment details. Checkout procedures:

    1. Review Your Cart
    2. Billing/Shipping Information - Enter your billing and shipping information here
    3. Select a Payment Method - Select the payment method you preferred
    4. Select a Shipping Method - Select the shipping method you preferred
    5. (OPTIONAL) : Add Gift Message / Comments About Your Order! - Add a personalised message to your order
    6. Click "ORDER NOW" to submit your order

  3. Q: I placed an order but have heard nothing from you. What do i do?
    A: When you place an order we will email you an order confirmation to the email address you supplied when you placed the order with us. We also email a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

    We recommend that whatever email account you use that you add order@yogee.com.au or our domain name yogee.com.au to your Safe Senders List or your Address Book. This will assist in making sure these important emails from us, get to you.

    You can track the order status at "My Account" if you are registered customer. Otherwise, you can track the order at Order Tracking Page

  4. Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
    A: You can request order changes and cancellations by contact us. In our commitment to process all orders quickly we may not always be able to change or cancel an order before it has shipped.

  5. Q: How do I use a promo code?
    A: Redeem your promo code during checkout by entering the promo code on the Checkout page. After you enter the code, click the Update button. The discount is then applied to eligible items in your cart, and the discounted amounts will be displayed on the page.

Returns

  1. Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
    A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Yogee Toys you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 100 days of purchase. (Returns must be in its original packaging and saleable conditions)

  2. Q: I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
    A: If the item was a gift we will refund your gift with a shopping voucher sent to your email address. To return or exchange your gift, please follow the Returns Process depending on the reason for return.

    • You may have previously placed an order as a GUEST (without sign up as a member).
    • Subscribe to our newsletter doesn't sign you up as a member.
    • If you believe there is a website problem, please contact us.

Technical

  1. Q: I can't seem to place an order on your website. What do I do?
    A: The Yogee Toys shopping cart might not be working on your browser because you do not have 'cookies' enabled. Try going to your browser settings and enabling your cookies or at least relax the cookie security setting down one notch.
