    A: The shipping fees will vary depending on the service you choose for delivery and the destination.

  2. Q: Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
    A: Yes, you can order online and pick up at our warehouse. To do this, please select "warehouse pickup" shipping option on the checkout page. There is no delivery charge when you pick up from our warehouse.

  3. Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
    A: We usually despatch your order in 1-2 business days after placing an order. If the goods are in stock the following estimated delivery times are an estimation:
    • Sydney Metropolitan – approximately 1-3 business days
    • Melbourne Metropolitan – approximately 2-4 business days
    • Brisbane Metropolitan – approximately 2-4 business days
    • Adelaide Metropolitan - approximately 4-6 business days
    • Perth Metropolitan - approximately 4-7 business days
    Other areas - The estimated delivery times can be calculated from the shopping cart page by entering your post code in the delivery cost calculator.

  4. Q: Do you offer express delivery?
    A: Yes, express delivery is available on selected items. The cost of delivery for your item(s) can be calculated from the shopping cart page by entering your postcode in the delivery cost calculator. Express Delivery is not available for items that are directly shipped by our suppliers.

    A: No, we do not ship to overseas at the moment.

  6. Q: I live outside of Australia; can I order a gift for someone?
    A: Absolutely! Choose the right gift to be sent directly the recipient. We will take your details for billing purposes and a separate shipping address for your gift recipient. You will have the opportunity to choose the appropriate gift wrapping with gift tag should your item be gift wrapped. We will not include any price information in the parcel.

  7. Q: How do I change the delivery address after I have ordered?
    A: Yes, you can. Please contact us as soon as possible to change your address. We will do our best to have your delivery details changed. Note that in some circumstances the package may be already left our warehouse before your request is processed and thus address cannot be changed.

Ordering

  1. Q: Do you offer a gift wrapping?
    A: Yes, gift wrapping is available on most of our products (except some very large items & items that are directly shipped by our suppliers) for AU$4.95 per item. On the product page, please select the paper for gift wrapping and we will carefully wrap your item. If you would like a personalised message to go with your purchase, please make a note of that in the "Add Gift Message” section of the checkout page and we will print your message on a complementary gift tag and include in your shipment.

  2. Q: Can I order over the phone?
    A: Yes, you may place an order over the phone. Please have the item code(s) ready before you call. However, we recommend that you use our website to ensure that you have the correct items selected & shipping details.

  3. Q: I placed an order but have heard nothing from you. What do i do?
    A:
    • We will email you an order confirmation to the email address you supplied when you placed the order with us.
    • Be sure to check your junk or spam filters on your email inbox. Many small domains filter our emails.
    • You can track the order status at "My Account" if you are registered customer. Otherwise, you can track the order at Order Tracking Page
    • If you still could not locate the email in your inbox. Please contact us.

  4. Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
    A: You can request order changes and cancellations by contact us. In our commitment to process all orders quickly we may not always be able to change or cancel an order before it has shipped.

Returns

  1. Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
    A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Yogee Toys you can return your item(s) for refund within 100 days of purchase. (Returns must be in its original packaging and saleable conditions)

  2. Q: I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
    A: If the item was a gift we will refund your gift with a shopping voucher sent to your email address. To return or exchange your gift, please follow the Returns Process depending on the reason for return.

    A: We accept both Australian and overseas credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit (Australia Customers Only).

    A: No, we do not accept cash on Pickup. You have to place order online & pay for it before you come to our warehouse for pickup.

    • You may have previously placed an order as a GUEST (without sign up as a member).
    • Subscribe to our newsletter doesn't sign you up as a member.
