A great gift for an infants school kid. This is an educational, 2D shape toy (parrallelogram, square, triangle, hexagon and trapezium). I used these in my classroom when I was teaching year 1, and so I got this for my 5 year old. She loves it!

I bought this toy for my 3 year old daughter. It is age appropriate and challenges her enough without her getting too frustrated. It is beautifully presented and well made - will last a lifetime, but it has no lid to keep the small blocks inside the box. Easy fix though - just buy a container to keep it in! My two year old son also has a go at it but much suited to a 3 year old.
