My son enjoys this but the sounds are not at all authentic. Just your typical computerised music that most parents find pretty irritating. My son actually asked me to take the batteries back out because he sound the sounds a little overwhelming. But without batteries a lovely puzzle or fun with in if you like those sounds. More suitable for a 1 year old though. Too simple for 18mths plus.
