* 4X30 binoculars with 30mm lenses and built-in compass make objects appear four times closer.
* Magnetic compass with protective cover and a brass sight-wire. It can be used for general direction finding and hiking.
* Bright, hand-powered LED torch needs no batteries or bulbs. Squeeze the retractable handle to generate power. Once fully-charged the two bright-white LEDs can remain lit for up to 45 minutes.
* 3X acrylic magnifying lens with 31.7mm (1.25 inch) diameter lens. It makes subjects appear three times closer.

Bought this for my 4 year old nephew, hoping it would encourage him to take an interest in nature and the world around him. According to his dad, my brother, he loved it and even a week after his birthday he is fascinated by the binoculars. His \"big eyes\".
