- We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free shipping, detailed tracking and faster shipping.
- We are 100% committed to ensure all orders that are fully paid before 12pm Sydney time are despatched from our warehouse on the same day.
- Once we have despatched your order you will be sent a despatch notification email to confirm that your parcel is now on it's way to you. You will also be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your parcel.
- If you live in a rural area you may experience a slightly longer delivery time.
- Business addresses: Detailed tracking available and faster shipping as your order will be shipped by a courier. Signature is required (does not have to be the purchaser).
Australia Post eParcel: If your order was sent by Australia Post eParcel and no one is available to sign for the parcel a collection card is left in your postbox and the parcel is taken to the post office for pickup.
Australian Air Express: If your order was sent by Australia Air Express and no one is available to sign for the parcel a collection card is left in your postbox and the parcel is taken to the post office for pickup.
Fastway Couriers: If your order was sent by Fastway Couriers and no one is available to sign for the parcel a calling card is left in your postbox to ring to re-organise delivery.

- All payments must be made online before pick up. We do not accept cash on pick up.
- Write down your order number and bring it with you.
- Pickup is from our warehouse at Seven Hills - address & opening hours
- If you need it sooner, please contact us to arrange.
- You'll get to meet our friendly warehouse staff!

| Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address |
- If the buyer informs us that he/she has provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly.
- If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is returned to us, then the buyer may request for a reshipment or refund. The buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee. Postage costs (including return postage) will not be refunded.
- If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible for anything.
