- Flat rate of AU$8.80 per order.
- Free shipping for orders over AU$150.

International
- We only ship to New Zealand. Orders from other countries will not be processed.
- Please refer to the postage charges when you checkout. The postage charges will be calculated automatically once your shipping details are filled in but before any payment is made.

Delivery
- All deliveries will be made via Australia Post eParcel, Express Post or Fastway Couriers. Once we have dispatched your order you will be sent a despatch notification email to confirm that your parcel is now on it's way to you. You will also be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your parcel.

- We do not guarantee that your order will be delivered within this time frame. Whist we are proud to say that the majority of our deliveries occur on time late deliveries did occur in the past due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
- In the event that your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please visit "My Account" section on our website to view the delivery status of your order to check if the delivery address is correct. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your order to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.
- You are most welcome to call or email us if you need any further assistance regarding your late delivery.
- Please be aware that when no one is at the delivery address Australia Post will leave a card for you to pick-up your parcel from your local Post Office.

Pick Up
- Pick Up is available ONLY from our warehouse located at Unit 56/ 45 Powers Rd, Seven Hills, NSW 2147.
- Procedures that you must follow if you wish to pick up your order from our warehouse:
- Order online via our website.
- At check out select "Warehouse Pick up" option under Step 4: Select a Shipping Method. The option will only appear after your billing details are filled in
- All payments must be made online before pick up. We do not accept cash on pick up.
- Print out the order confirmation email and bring it with you.
- Orders will be ready for pick up on the same day if payments are received before 12pm.
- Pick up time: Mon-Fri between 10am and 4pm. We close on Sat, Sun and Public Holidays.

30 Days Money Back Guarantee
- All Yogee.com.au products are covered by our 30 Days Money Back guarantee.
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind, simply return the products to us in its original packaging and saleable conditions within 30 days from the date of order. We will then refund your money (minus postage charges) or do an exchange for you as you wish.
- How to Claim: Please contact our friendly customer service and we will organise an exchange or refund to you. You MUST contact us first before returning the item.
- Terms and Conditions:
- Claim must be made within 30 days from the date of order.
- Items must be in original packaging and in resaleable conditions.
- Return the item within 14 days after we issue you the return number.
- Exchanges must be of the same value. If the replaced item is of greater value the customer agrees to pay for the difference.
- Postage costs (including return postage) will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be issued by direct bank deposit, credit back to your credit card or credit into "Your Account" with Yogee.com.au.

Faulty or Damaged Products
- If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days and we will replace the item where possible, or refund you the purchase price.
- Return defective items to our reply paid address free of charge.
- How to Claim: Please contact our friendly customer service and we will organise an exchange or refund to you. You MUST contact us first before returning the item.
- Terms and Conditions:
- You must first return the defective item to us.
- Return the item within 14 days after we issue you the return number.
- Refunds will be issued by direct bank deposit, credit back to your credit card or a credit to "Your Account" with Yogee.com.au.

Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address
- If the buyer informs us that he/she has provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly.
- If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is returned to us, then the buyer may request for a reshipment or refund. The buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee. Postage costs (including return postage) will not be refunded.
- If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible for anything.

Product Warranty

30 days replacement warranty
- Most of our products are covered by our 30 day replacement warranty. Yogee.com.au will replace your product if it is found to be either damaged, faulty or "dead on arrival" (DOA) within 30 days from the date of dispatch.

Manufacturer Only Warranty
- Some Products sold through Yogee.com.au are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturer in accordance the warranty information provided on the listing. For items advertised and sold with manufacturerÍs warranty, we would ask you to contact the manufacturer or supplier in the first instance for replacement or repair under the warranty terms.
