Delivery within Australia

Once you add items to your cart, you will be asked to enter your postcode in order to appropriately calculate the shipping cost. Cost of delivery may depend on your location as well as weight and dimensions of the product.

Express shipping is available on items in stock in our Castle Hill warehouse. For more information about express shipping areas and rates, please click here.

PO Boxes are not accepted as a shipping address.

Warehouse Pickup

  • Your order will be ready to pick up at our warehouse in 60 minutes (Mon-Fri 10am-5pm Sydney Time)
  • Choose the 'warehouse pickup' shipping option on the checkout page, then place your order online.
  • All payments must be made online before pick up. We do not accept cash on pick up.
  • Write down your order number and bring it with you.
  • Pickup is from our warehouse at Castle Hill - address & opening hours
  • If you need it sooner, please contact us to arrange.

Important Notes

  • We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free shipping, detailed tracking and faster shipping.
  • Once we have despatched your order you will be sent a despatch notification email to confirm that your parcel is now on it's way to you. You will also be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your parcel.
  • If you live in a rural area you may experience a slightly longer delivery time.

Bulky Items

International Shipping

We do not currently offer purchases for delivery outside Australia.

 



Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address

  • If the buyer informs us that he/she has provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly.
  • If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is returned to us, then the buyer may request for a reshipment or refund. The buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee. Postage costs (including return postage) will not be refunded.
  • If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible for anything.

 


Shipping FAQs

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your items have shipped out you will get an email notification and a tracking number attached to it. This tracking number will be linked to the carrier tracking website and if you click on it, it will allow you to track the status of your order. In some cases tracking updates could take 24-48 hours to update accurately. Alternatively you can always contact the courier directly and quote your tracking number and they will be able to give you more accurate tracking information.

What if I am not home to accept my delivery?

We require a signature upon delivery with most of our items. Where suitable, we recommend you have your purchases delivered to your workplace address. If no one is present when the delivery is made the courier will leave a calling card explaining how to collect or arrange re-delivery. If the parcel is being delivered by Australia Post then it will be available for collection from you local Post Office.
