PO Boxes are not accepted as a shipping address.
We do not currently offer purchases for delivery outside Australia.

Express delivery only available for items that Ship from Castle Hill, NSW warehouse and have following icon:

For Express delivery we use StarTrack Express and Australia Post Express. Express delivery typically deliver within 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address
- If the buyer informs us that he/she has provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly.
- If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is returned to us, then the buyer may request for a reshipment or refund. The buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee. Postage costs (including return postage) will not be refunded.
- If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible for anything.
